Dr. Karla D. Valrie-Potts
Dr. Karla is a Senior Instructional Designer & Training Specialist who excelled from a GED to a doctorate degree (Ed.D.) With over 30 years of educational experience, she began her journey as a teacher assistant and continued to become an Assistant Professor at both a 2-year college and four-year university. She is an integral part of Sage because she understands the importance of valuable research. In everything she does she makes sure that she understands ‘the what’, ‘the why’ and ‘the how’ and then she is able to bring forth suggestions, recommendations and ideas that increase and amplify what it is that we offer to our customers.
